On average our customers receive their order 6-8 days after placing an order on our website.

Order Processing
We process orders usually the same day or within 24h. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
The order cut-off time is 14.00 (GMT+8), any orders placed after that will automatically be processed the next day.
Shipping Time
After processing, orders typically arrive within 6–10 calendar days depending on your location and local postal services. Please note that is the typical/average transit time, there are occasions when the transit time can be longer and up to 20 days.
Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our suppliers in China.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking code will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, shipping times may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control such as customs processing, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand. If you feel like your order is delayed please contact us and we will do our best to provide a solution.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. NutralisLabs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
