To qualify for a refund:

- The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery confirmation
Non-Refundable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot issue refunds for opened products, regardless of usage.
Late Requests
Refund requests made after the 30-day window will not be accepted.

NutralisLabs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer a mutually agreed resolution in lieu of a full refund, including but not limited to store credit, a partial refund, or discount codes. Customers acknowledge and agree that NutralisLabs will first seek to resolve any claim or dispute through such alternative remedies before determining, in its sole discretion, whether a full refund is warranted.

- Once your request is reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- The return address will sent to you once a refund is approved.
- The return shipping fee will be covered by us.
- It can take up to 30 days for your refund to be processed and the money to be returned to your bank account.
